How long has it been since you ate RED MUSH?

Passing along the danish food traditions to my children has been hit and miss, I must admit. We make klijner ever year and I've done my best to promote pickled herring (I get the whole bottle to myself) but I think I've only made red mush once and never even tried red cabbage. I think it would be fun to have a taster's table at the reunion so the younger generations have a chance to experience those unique dishes. I nominate Susan to make the red cabbage because I know she makes it at Christmas time. Has anyone made plum pudding? Maybe we could talk Aunt Yvonne, Nellene or Shirley into making that.
